RETURNS + REFUND POLICY

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND OR MAKE THE WRONG DECISION.

Little Nail Co is NOT required to provide a refund if YOU change your mind. Please take this into account when making your purchase as ONLY a STORE credit or exchange will be offered for returns on FULL PRICED ITEMS. Little Nail Co do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.

 

GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH SWING TAGS ATTACHED

To return a full priced item, the item cannot be used, must have all tags attached and still be in new condition. If the item is not faulty, a STORE credit or exchange will be offered.

 

YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN AN EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTE OR WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND WHERE THE GOODS ARE FAULTY (FAULTY GOODS MUST BE SENT TO THE SUPPLIER FOR ASSESSMENT) OR HAVE BEEN WRONGLY DESCRIBED.

If an item has a MAJOR problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. This is when;

  • The item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • The item is unsafe

  • The item is significantly different from the image, sample or description

  • The item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be fixed easily.

Alternatively, you can elect to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If it is not repaired within a reasonable timeframe you can choose a refund or replacement.

 

  • EXCHANGE MUST BE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF PURCHASE WHEN PURCHASED IN ONE OF OUR STORES

  • OR

  • EXCHANGE MUST BE WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS FROM RECEIVING PURCHASE WHEN PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE

  • NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON SALE ITEMS, EARRINGS OR ACCESSORIES

  • NO EXCHANGE ON SOILED, WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Please keep your proof of purchase as only items with a proof of purchase can be exchanged, credited or refunded depending on the issue leading to the return. No proof of purchase means no exchange/refund/credit.

 

RETURNING A FULL PRICE ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT

To return an item purchased from our ONLINE STORE for a STORE CREDIT please contact us on 0404 472 456 or for a Returns Authorisation and then you can either;

  • Go to any location of Little Nail Co to have the item credited as long as the item is deemed creditable as per our Returns Policy and a Little Nail Co staff member;

OR

  • If you are unable to attend one of our stores, return the item to our warehouse via post (this will be at your cost);

NOTE: We recommend sending via a service offering tracking as Little Nail Co cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit being sent back to Little Nail Co.

Once we have received the item, we will process the credit within 2 business days of receiving the items back, as long as the item is deemed creditable as per our Returns Policy (please note postage for the initial purchase will not be credited). A copy of the credit will be forwarded by email and/or post. At this stage, STORE CREDITS can only be redeemed in a Little Nail Co store or by purchasing over the phone, redeeming via our online store is currently unavailable.

 

RETURNING A FULL PRICE ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE

To return an item purchased from our ONLINE STORE for an EXCHANGE please contact us on 0404 472 456 or for a Returns Authorisation and then you can either;

  • Go to any location of Little Nail Co to have the item exchanged as long as the item is deemed exchangeable as per our Returns Policy and a Little Nail Co staff member;

OR

  • If you are unable to attend one of our stores, return the item to our warehouse via post (this will be at your cost);

Once we have received the item, we will process the exchange within 2 business days of receiving the item back, as long as the item is deemed exchangeable as per our Returns Policy. Please note, in order to have your exchanged item posted out to you, you will need to pay the postage for this, we will contact you to process this payment. Alternatively, we can arrange for the exchanged item to be sent to a Little Nail Co store of your choice for you to collect free to charge.

 

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT

We will do our best to ensure all orders are checked and faulty items are never sent, but in the case that this happens please contact us on 0404 472 456 or for a Returns Authorisation and then you can;

  • Go to any location of Little Nail Co to have the item refunded as long as the item is deemed refundable as per our Returns Policy and a Little Nail Co staff member;

OR

  • If you are unable to attend one of our stores, we will ask you to email images of the fault.

Once we have assessed the images and agree the item is indeed faulty (this can include sending the item back to the supplier for assessment), we will send a prepaid self-addressed satchel to you to return the item in.

Once we have received the item back, we will process the refund within 2 business days of receiving the item, as long as the item is deemed refundable as per our Returns Policy, including postage paid on the initial purchase. A receipt concluding the transaction will be sent to you via post.

 

OUT OF STOCK

In the event that the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day and refund you immediately should the item not be able to be reordered.

 

INCORRECT ITEM SENT

We will do our best to ensure all orders are checked and correct items are sent, but in the case that this happens please contact us on 0404 472 456 or for a Returns Authorisation and then you can;

  • Go to any location of Little Nail Co to have the item replaced for the correct item as per your original purchase.

OR

  • If you are unable to attend one of our stores, we will send a prepaid self-addressed satchel to you to return the wrongly delivered item in. Once we have received the wrongly delivered item back, we will send the correct item with no further postage charges to you, within two business days.
