CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide no less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellation of or rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a Late Cancellation Fee which equates to 50% of the booked service cost and is payable prior to any further bookings being made.

  • Cancellation of or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours will incur a Late Cancellation Fee which equates to 100% of the booked service cost and is payable prior to any further bookings being made.

  • No Show's will incur a No Show Fee which equates to 100% of the booked service cost and is payable prior to any further bookings being made.

  • Failure to attend your appointment with no contact prior to or following the appointment will void booking of any future appointments.

  • In the case you are feeling unwell the evening prior to or the morning of your appointment, please call and let us know as early as is possible. Whilst it may eventuate that you are feeling better in time for your appointment, if you do not feel better and cannot make the appointment, the above Late Cancellation Fee will apply.

 

STUDIO POLICY

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. If you are going to be late, please let us know as we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day, however a Late Cancellation Fee will apply in this circumstance. We pride ourselves on devoting the appropriate time to each and every one of our clients and lateness can hamper and also inconvenience those who are scheduled after you.

  • We LOVE kids and are more than happy for you to bring your bubs along to your appointment (so much so we even have a little cushioned corner for them)! All we ask is that the children have appropriate entertainment and if they are watching anything, ear phones are used and they are respectful of the calm environment of the studio.

  • Your health and safety is incredibly important to us and we adhere to a strict Hygiene and Cleanliness Policy. Upon entry to Little Nail Co, you will be asked to clean and sanitise your hands with the soap and sanitising gel provided. Failure to do so will result in our services not being able to be delivered.
